Outage - 7/5/23 - Severe Weather Power Outages
Our One Click Done data center was impacted by two separate power outages. This was due to our local power utility and severe weather in the area. While we do not like to have downtime, this was unavoidable in nature. We are currently in the process of implementing backup power, however, this was not yet implemented.
We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and have credited our customers' accounts for any downtime that occurred per our SLA policy.
