RESOLVED - Outage - Oneclickdone Network

This outage has since been resolved and impacted all subscribers on the OneClickDone network.

  • This outage was caused by a faulty cable in the data center.
  • The outage was resolved by installing a new cable leading to the main switch at the datacenter. Once the new cable was installed services restored shortly after.

A after incident review was performed and it was identified that there was no possible predictive/proactive measures that could have been taken to identify the outage sooner. The reason for the lengthy delay was due to the tracing and implementation of a new cable.

We apologize for the inconvinence this has caused our customers, to prevent this from happening in the future OneClickDone teams will be reviewing the age and conditions of all of our cabling in the datacenter. This will be the last communication regarding this incident.
