Servers have restored and the DNS configurations have been applied all services should now be restored to normal functionality. We apologize for the service disruptions recently but hope to make our services more stable year over year with the improvements.

Our team has identified the root cause of the outage that was recently experienced after performing a hard drive upgrade on our main server. Our system was physically up and able to accessed after the maintenance was complete, however, experienced issues due to DNS systems failing. Our team is going to implement a resolution to this by updating DNS propagations. This process will take down services for a short period of time. We apologize for any interruptions this may cause.
