HST-OUT434786 - Outage Post Mortem
Outage reason: This outage was caused by a faulty network cable that connected our physical equipment to the outside world. The outage was resolved after replacing the cable and moving to a new switch port.
Future prevention: This cable appeared to be an issue and has been replaced twice. As a proactive measure the network port has been changed as well. We will continue to monitor this.

This outage has since been resolved and impacted all subscribers on the OneClickDone network.
- This outage was caused by a faulty cable in the data center.
- The outage was resolved by installing a new cable leading to the main switch at the datacenter. Once the new cable was installed services restored shortly after.
